Güvenlik rehberi

1. Genel ilkeler

Segways are used in a group after the guide’s short training and practice. During the tour we comply with traffic, pedestrians and local rules; you must follow the guide’s instructions on stopping, speed and route without delay.

2. Koruyucu ekipman

• Helmets must be worn for the whole tour; fasten the helmet we provide correctly.
• If the guide provides extra warnings or protective gear, follow the instructions for use.
• Comfortable shoes (preferably closed), a hat in sun and season-appropriate clothing are recommended.

3. Yaş, sağlık ve katılım

• Minimum age and weight limits follow safety and manufacturer guidance; see booking or our SSS for exact values.
• Pregnancy, serious balance or orthopaedic issues, cardiovascular conditions or seizure history may mean participation is not suitable; inform the team before the tour.
• You will not be taken on a tour under the influence of alcohol, drugs or substances that seriously impair attention.

4. Sürüş ve grup davranışı

• Keep the order and spacing set by the guide; no sudden overtaking or erratic riding.
• On pavements, stairs and slippery surfaces follow the guide’s directions.
• When using a phone or camera, stop and make sure you are safe; the guide may take photos at safe points during the tour.

5. Hava ve rota

Turlar may be postponed or cancelled in heavy rain, storms or conditions that put safety at risk. Alternative dates or refund terms are set out in Rezervasyon şartları and your booking confirmation.

6. Çocuklar ve gözetim

Participants under 18 may need a parent or guardian’s consent and accompaniment. In family groups, parental responsibility applies in addition to the guide’s instructions for children’s safety.

7. Acil durumlar

In case of accident or illness inform the guide immediately; 112 and local emergency lines may be used. The guide will direct first aid and scene safety.
